I have worked with corporate clients to deliver their promotional videos as well as creating my short films which I have had a hand in directing, camera-operating and working with incredible talent. I graduated with a BA in Media Production at the University of Lincoln where I was able to grow my knowledge and utilize what I learned in what I create now. I have experience using Adobe Creative Cloud and more specifically: Premiere Pro, After effects and Audition. I recently worked as a Transmission Operator for a shopping TV channel for 2 years monitoring their output. I first became interested in filming when I was about 11 years old, when me, my sister and my friends would create little sketches and film them. The most memorable ones would be what we called ‘The Bench’ where we would make up different characters and get them to exchange in a conversation at a bench. I remember watching the film ‘Memento (2000)’ on a whim and immediately grew attached to it. I loved how it completely fooled the audience into thinking that they knew what was going on and how the whole story was told in reverse order. From then on I learnt that you don’t necessarily have to film so clean cut and I have been trying to implement quite a bit of camera trickery in my work.
