Hello! I'm a Casting Producer/AP who can add value to your project. 

I've just returned to the mother country from 20 years in Australia where budgets are tight and teams are small. This means that you need to be adaptable and creative in your working practices. 

My passion is for finding and working with talent to get the very best out of them on camera. Genres I'm experienced in are Factual, Entertainment, Reality and Quiz. I have produced 2000+ people in my career. A highlight was producting  former Australian Prime Minister, Julia Gillard, when she was a contestant on the celebrity version of 'Are You Smarter Than A 5th Grader?' 

I can find that neeedle in a haystack for you or I can whittle down thousands of applicants to a handful of the very best. I love a challenge! I write great research briefs with all the information you need to know and I walk the talent through the sometimes scary process to give them the very best experience. 

I seem to have a knack for being chosen to find people willing to take part in gameshows about their love life! Two so far - ask me more! :) I've also had to find inspirational octogenarians and pregnant women with a very specific family set up who was willing to share her birth story.

I'm based in beautiful Northumberland. I have a full office set up to work from home, but am willing to move to pretty much anywhere for short contracts. I'm friendly, experienced, flexible in my working practices and happy to have a chat if you'd like to learn more about me.
