I recently finished my MA in Media, Communications & Critical Practice, achieving a Distinction; following my BA in Media and Communications where I cultivated my interest in film production through specialising in documentary filmmaking. During my education, I completed four documentary film projects in a group and individually where I developed my production skills. Within the group film projects, I took on the role of becoming a producer.

During my MA specifically, I was committed to gaining on set experience. I have worked as a Runner, Production and Set Assistant on various projects; this includes shoots for Jimmy Choo and Sony Music. I have found my on set work very rewarding and it has reaffirmed my ambitions of becoming a producer in the future. Additionally, I work voluntarily with Girls in Film (GiF) where I work on curation, coordinating and hosting film screenings, Q&A's and networking events. I also pitched and initiated GiF's TikTok platform which I also content create and manage. GiF has not only provided me with experience within a professional setting, but has illuminated how fulfilling working in the film industry is for me.
