She went on to collaborate with Sadie Frost on her debut documentary Mary Quant, before associate producing Frost’s second feature documentary Twiggy, commissioned by the BBC. In 2024, Phoebe joined Devisio Pictures as an in-house producer. She went on to associate produce Harris Dickinson’s debut feature Urchin, which premiered in Un Certain Regard at the 2025 Cannes Film Festival, where it won the FIPRESCI Prize and Best Actor. She also worked as UK Production Manager on Hotel Fantasma, a short film directed by Martin Aleman and starring Emma Mackey, Vicky Krieps and Stacy Martin. Most recently, Phoebe produced A Mustard Seed, a short film directed by Femi Ladi and executive produced by BBC Film.
Now freelancing, she is developing her feature debut and has a small slate of feature projects. Her upcoming short film, Leftover Women, commissioned by WePresent, is currently in post-production.
