I am an award-winning Producer/Director and senior content leader with extensive experience across high-end specialist factual, fact ent and live television. I have directed complex, large-scale productions in remote locations worldwide, working with multi-camera crews and A-list talent, while also shaping series from early development through to delivery.

After returning home to the Cayman Islands, I played a key role in launching the country’s only independent television station, helping to establish its editorial voice, production standards and flagship shows from the ground up.

In my current role as Deputy Head of Content & Programming at Compass Media, I provide strategic and editorial oversight across all television output, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with broader content goals. I oversee in-house productions, third-party programming and commissioning, while contributing to long-term content strategy, innovation, and special event coverage. I also serve as a backup Producer on live studio programming, bringing hands-on experience to fast-paced broadcast environments.

Alongside my leadership work, I continue to bring a strong creative and technical foundation. I have produced and directed a wide range of projects—from ambitious natural history shoots and multi-unit presenter-led sequences to intimate observational storytelling. I am also an experienced self-shooter across multiple series and genres, confident operating both independently and within large teams.My background in both blue-chip cinematography and observational documentary enables me to blend styles and push genre boundaries.
