Pat Obilor, is an Event Moderator who recently made her debut as a Tech speaker at Skyscanner London #womenintechShowcase 2024. She was / BOH/Assist Stage Manager, for the 2024 PANTO: SNOWWHITE at Erith Playhouse, and an ensemble Cast in Disney’s Pinochio.
Patty as she is referred to by friends and colleagues is an amiable and versatile creative, Writer, and Media strategist with two degrees in Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan and a Media Certificate in TV presenting from the LFMA (London Film & Media Academy). With a rich background as a Thespian scholar and actor, Pat made her debut in 2009 with the role of Princess Goneril, in Shakespeare's King Lear, and acted in a full length UK/Nigerian feature film, tilted Zara, in (2018), available on YouTube.
Aside from being an amazing BOH crew/FOH Member/Steward at the prestigious Erith Playhouse and the Globe Theatre in London, she made her debut as a playwright and Producer with William Shakespeare’s KingLear when she wrote an African/Nigerian adaptation version of the play, in which she was executive producer and fellow ASM in 2021.
Some of her other Acting roles include, (Francisco Pizarro) in Peter Schaffer’s “Royal hunt of the Sun, and (British Colonial Master) in Agbonifo’s “Obaseki. Beyond the stage and screen, Pat is an enterprise maven, and the creative lead/curator of AdapArt Gallery and Patspiration Workshop, a hub celebrating and promoting people and activities around the Arts, Theatre, literature, and Movies influenced by AI/Art technologies.
As a member of the Society of London/UK Theatre, she brings her passion to the fore as she contributes to literary works, ethical Media, talent mentoring, and creative promotions in the UK/Africa.
On the digital/social impact scene, Pat is building a global community to empower women and young adults, and she has spoken at the women in media’ platform in Philadelphia and also being a youth facilitator at the prestigious imperial College London.
