My name is Nicola. I’m a female film stills photographer based in the Midlands, UK - specifically Hinckley (just south of Leicester and half an hour outside of Birmingham). I’m also more than happy to travel. 
 
I trained with Nicola Dove (Unit Stills for  No Time to Die), but outside of Unit Stills I work in theatre and have spent many happy hours capturing rehearsals and performances or doing promotional shots. I love working with actors, writers, directors and capturing THAT moment!
 
I’ve recently been  working on Silent Witness 29 and 30, Bookish with Mark Gatis for UK TV,  and We Go Again for the BBC and Will and Ralf Should Know Better for UKTV as well as Gale - Return to Oz for Daniel Alexander Films, a WW2 film, a whole bunch of short indie films and a music video.
 
I’m an international soul - my mother was from Burma and I lived in Sierra Leone, West Africa for almost 3 years. I love to travel and have been a finalist and winner in Travel Photographer of the Year several times.
 
I shoot on Nikon Z8's mostly using my 70-200 and 24-70 lenses as well as various primes. Read Less
