I am a highly motivated, collaborative and experienced PM with a diverse portfolio in production including, arts, docs, factual entertainment, news and current affairs. I have delivered complex, end to end productions, shooting on location in the UK and worldwide including editorially sensitive and high-risk. I have managed teams on multi-camera shoots, studio and live OB's which has required strong organisation and planning, rigorous budget management and a high level of team leadership. I am a strategic and creative solution finder and love the challenge of setting up a new production. As a mental health first aider, I hugely value the importance of creating a supportive and thriving team environment. I ensure editorial aspirations are achieved within budget and schedule while running an efficient and smooth operation.
