The film industry – from Indian to international, from Bollywood to Independent, is undergoing a massive disruption. As a production personnel and commercial manager in the industry I love being part of this change, and play my role in driving the disruption.

I have 7 years of experience with a lot of practical hands-on experience with a number of leading firms such as MergeXR Studio, BBC Studios, Times Studio and MX Player – India’s leading streaming platform with over 175 million monthly active users. My experience covers a wide range of production and commercial aspects of films – particularly in production logistics, budgets and cashflows, contract & IP negotiations, etc. My hands-on approach means I have acquired strong skills on web series production end to end – from project development, to pre-production, to identifying crew, to on-field transport & hospitality logistics, to auditing and cashflow management. I have dealt with numerous producers, writers, directors, artists, music labels for music rights, book publishers for book rights, sports organization for sports footage rights, etc.

I have an absolute passion for cinema, a commercial education, and strong computational and digital media skills. Mix that with a very hands-on approach, strong interpersonal skills, and an incessant desire to learn and develop continuously – and you’ve got me!
