For the past 3 years I have been refining my skills and knowledge of production management for high end brands, especially in the live action sector. I have been in the industry for over 6 years and have a clear and strong understanding of what is needed at all the various stages of a production. In my current role, I am responsible for ensuring briefs are produced on schedule and budget, as I build these and pitching them to clients and internal partners. I'm in charge of resources, from suggesting and arranging talent, crew and locations to liaising with the legal team in order to hire resources and ensure all paperwork is set. My motto is to always be the person who is 5 steps ahead of everyone else. I want to make my team's and client's life a little bit easier and ensure that all bases are covered. I am quick on my feet to resolve problems and proactive, so along directors and heads of, I've assisted in the creation and polishing of new systems to streamline our productions and encourage easier working processes.
