I have mixed for many production companies and broadcasters across the UK over the past 8 years in the role of Dubbing Mixer at Arteus Post Production.

I progressed from sound assistant to dubbing mixer within 2 years and have been consistently mixing factual/documentary TV and occasional drama projects. Within the last 4 years I was running the sound department, guiding it through lockdowns, both quiet and extremely busy periods, mentoring recent graduates, as well as the assistant sound mixer who joined in 2022. I was particularly proud of the work I accomplished within the last year, feeling that I was treading new ground and overcoming new challenges of mixing feature films and had a more defined role as head of the department, as well as maintaining my craft in mixing factual, daytime TV and documentaries, an area I’ve always enjoyed working in. 

I thrive on developing a connection with directors, producers, and writers as early in the film making process as possible and love to work amongst the buzz of a post-production facility. However, I am able to work with my set up at home but with the ideal scenario being working in a post-production dubbing studio, as a full-time position or freelance. 

Recent credits include BBC's 'Designing the Hebrides', feature documentary film 'Loch Ness: They Created a Monster', BBC's 'Ultimate Wedding Planner', Channel 4's 'Susan Calman's Summer by the Sea' and Stephen Mulhearn's upcoming feature drama film 'The Low Road'. Read Less
