TR Somogyi Productions (former Neon Rio) is one of Brazil’s leading independent television production companies,
specialized in international co-productions mainly the support of foreign film crews working in Brazil. In the past 35 years, TR Somogyi - Neon Rio has been involved in a wide variety of programs, ranging from current affairs to drama, supporting more than 600 documentaries, live broadcasts, international commercials, corporate films, music videos, and feature films. For the UK, US and Europe TR Somogyi - Neon Rio has worked as fixers / local field producers with all the major networks, predominantly BBC, including more than 10 David Attenborough's series, the three Planet Earth series and Human Planet, and also for Channel Four, Sky, Channel 5, ITV, TF1, France 2, France 5, ARTE, Discovery Channel, National Geographic, PBS, NBC, CNN and for many Independent Production companies from the UK and from around the world. 

We provide fixer services, carry out research on a wide range of subjects and we contribute with an in-depth look at local topics. We develop new contents and suggest innovative ideas. We also hire equipment and local film crews. We prepare and organize together with the client all logistical matters and we manage the financial requirements to set up the shoot and film any projects proposed by British and international independent producers or broadcasters around the world.

We process the Film Permit through ANCINE and any local permits required for filming all over Brazil. Help you obtaining the visas in the Brazilian Consulates and help you for additional research and for fixing the entire production everywhere in Brazil. We can also hire local crews; we manage / pay expenses to speed up the production and we negotiate the best deals. We liaise with government institutions and NGOs. We work for solve any production problems in order to create a smooth shoot.
