I've had a passion for storytelling since I was a child and aim to use my creativity to help give the world stories that reflect the human experience authentically. My purpose is to contribute to some of the best scripts/ideas and help make them the best they can be, in turn, I hope they can go on to influence the world. I currently work within the BBC within the D&I team and the Drama Commissioning team, where I read scripts and provide in-depth coverage to assist with strategic decision-making. I'm also doing shadowing work with the EastEnders Script development team; due to this experience, I have a well-rounded understanding of the journey from script to screen, what's needed to enhance a storyline, and how to find creative solutions and encourage effective communication with the writer and the audience.  Read Less
