A dedicated Production Manager with experience of working on large-scale productions, including recorded entertainment studio series, fixed-rig observational documentaries, factual series and live outdoor broadcast events. A self-motivated, enthusiastic and hard-working individual, with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and proven ability to assume responsibility and remain un-phased working in pressurised situations. I always adopt a professional and pro-active approach in any role and I liaise effectively with crew, cast and contributors alike.As Production Manager / JPM / Production Coordinator I have been entrusted with managing production budgets and working closely with Producers and Directors to ensure they realise their editorial ambitions efficiently and effectively. My main responsibilities have included setting up shoots, managing crew and contributor logistics, liaising with talent and their respective agencies, securing locations and filming permissions (including overseas shoots - US and Europe), negotiating location and contributor fees and arranging the necessary contracts, coordinating cost-effective travel and accommodation, hiring crew and sourcing kit and specialist equipment, creating call sheets and schedules for crew and contributors, trouble-shooting health and safety concerns and finding appropriate solutions, including arranging the necessary insurances for challenging shoots.
