After attending Marketing University in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, I moved to New York where I found the easiest way to communicate was through food.
Coming from a line of cooks and chemistry, the one place I knew well was the kitchen. That was the year I started to cook professionally and that was the beginning of an exciting path.
After 22 years in New York where I was proudly interacting and working with the top tear professionals in the industry I relocated to Los Angeles, California where I continue to pursue my career goals, feeding cameras and people and connecting with the most compatible talented professionals”.
