I have a wide range of experience working on location, in the studio and in the edit across a wide range of genres. Directing and cutting 60 and 30 minute shows, overseeing from casting through until delivery. I am confident in bringing out the best story possible through building empathetic relationships, and using my journalistic eye to produce and script a strong narrative further enhancing the impact of the story through my strong commentary writing skills. I started my career in television twenty years ago, and have recently returned after a career break with skills gained from life outside TV, as well as renewed enthusiasm and the strong desire to sink my teeth into some exciting projects! Since my return, I have been working in a job share partnership, which is working better than i could have imagined; combining skillsets definitely rewards employers with more than the sum of our separate parts.
