Dan took control of an hour long documentary for me and did a brilliant job under much pressure. All done on location he had to take responsibility for a large cast of teens constantly on the move. pulling together their stories to make a comprehensive and compelling narrative under huge time and budget restraints - which he did with ease. Further he had to accommodate the needs of another programme who needed live footage into all his planning. Dan ran the whole thing superbly and the end documentary was a moving and superbly produced watch - both well produced and directed. Despite the many challenges involved he remained upbeat, very easy to work with, communicative, creative and organised throughout. He is someone you can trust totally to deliver and I would heartily recommend him.
