Recently graduated from filmmaking at UWE with a first, where my chosen specialism was writing and directing. Alongside this I have done freelance videography + photography and have shot events such as Glastonbury Festival (2022 - 2023) and have created videos for a range of clients. 

I wrote and directed my graduate short film ‘Skive’ - a coming-of-age social realism film about the emerging friendship between two teenagers from the south-west who meet whilst skiving from school. The film is being screened at various festivals across the UK and has won the award for ‘Best Writer’ of my cohort at UWE and recently the award for ‘emerging talent’ at CIFF.

I am also experienced with camera work, photography, editing, production assisting and colour grading. I have had the privilege of shooting events such as Glastonbury Festival, Boomtown, Wilderness & Balter festival where I interviewed and shot incredible artists such as Kae Tempest & Underworld. 

I am driven to tell stories about the realities of young, working class people in contemporary Britain - and how our current times are affecting people, especially young people. Coming from the South-West I feel there is a significant lack of decent on-screen representation of this region, and want to challenge this in the work I make.

I am a passionate and highly dedicated filmmaker with a range of skills and experience across departments, from production assistant on commercials, to self shooting, to writing and directing short films.  Read Less
