This included making sure credits and title cards were correct within the documentary itself and creating and auditing publicity documentation such as synopses, electronic press kits, biographies and other marketing material.I have also worked with many international art galleries, libraries and museums sourcing archive and clearing copyright material such as footage, photographs and artwork stills.I worked for commissioning editors in proposal and programme coordinator roles for many years for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and also briefly with Film 4 so I understand commissioning and editorial processes.I also have experience as a legal assistant for United international Pictures (Paramount and Universal distributors) and at the BBC. I am comfortable drafting development and production legal documentation and reviewing contracts to make sure all deliverables and drawdowns are met as per the agreement. As well as traditional PA duties such as diary management and international travel I have had to work for a range of suppliers and stakeholders. This includes funding bodies, broadcasters, distributors and commissioners through to producers, directors, editors, production managers, international artists and interviewees and operation and legal teams.
