An expert storyteller and a savvy ideas generator who has worked for national news outlets including Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and The Sun.

Prior to my media career I was in the Royal Air Force for four years. During my service I had to apply attention to detail to everything I did, be organised, prioritise workloads, work as a part of a team, remain calm under pressure and have the discipline to get things done, everyday. Transferring those skills to journalism has been central to my success.

What I love most about working in the media is meeting individuals from all walks of life. As a down to earth people person, building rapport with anyone from any background comes naturally and the ability to do so has served me well, in the office and in the field.

My specialties include: TV production, storytelling, script writing, video editing, self shooting, directing multi camera shoots, talent booking, forward planning, interviewing, reporting (entertainment and sports news), crisis management, leadership, content management systems and journalism ethics.

My biggest passions are boxing, football, health and fitness, film, pop culture and travel (always on the lookout for roles that include opportunities to cover any of these). Read Less
