Rosie joined us as a first-time Edit Producer on First Dates Beach Club and quickly demonstrated a confident grasp of shaping a compelling, character-led episode. She has a strong instinct for story, pacing and humour, delivering cuts that were tight, purposeful and clearly structured for the slot, with her first cut receiving praise from the commissioner. Rosie combines a clear editorial voice with excellent narrative judgement, balancing tone and format beats while collaborating effectively with senior editorial. She works quickly without compromising quality and shows real strength in authored, talent-led storytelling, and was subsequently asked to work on the series finale to refine the episode - particularly the VO - where her choices remained unchanged.
