I am a senior researcher and science journalist with a passion for specialist factual and human-focused documentaries. I have a keen eye for original stories, know how to source expert contributors, and am comfortable navigating the nerdiest corners of science. I've organised shoots, written beat sheets, created contributor briefs, conducted interviews, edited scripts, worked with graphics teams, fact checked, all the way to delivering marketing materials.

I hold a BSc in Biology from Bristol University and a MSc in Science Media Production from Imperial College London. During my MSc, I scripted, shot, and edited two documentaries, including a 40-minute film on the 2024 Refugee Olympic Team. I am confident shooting with Canon and Sonly cameras and have experience using wired, lavalier, and boom microphones.
