A former professional footballer, I played for nine clubs accross four divisions in a career spanning twenty-one years. 
I have been a first team manager, U23's coach, scout, and academy manager since retiring from playing. 

My career in the media started with Setanta in 2011, covering National League and FA cup games as a summariser. At the time I was also the weekly football pundit for BBC South West Spotlight. This role also allowed me to conduct interviews as a guest presenter. 

For the last ten years I have worked for BT Sport/TNT as a summariser, and an on the spot presenter/interviewer. I have worked on over 200 live games. 

I have penned a weekly column for the Herald Express, the WMN, and the FLP,  this led my to write two books, Captain's Blog, and Where's Your Caravan (Harper Collins). 

For BBC Radio Devon,  I have worked as a co-commentator for games across the SW, predominantly covering Plymouth Argyle.

I have worked as an after dinner speaker, an ambassador for the LMA, and presented the SW business awards.   Read Less
