BAFTA-nominated Casting & Welfare Executive working across some of the UK’s biggest reality, entertainment and fact-ent shows, with experience casting internationally, with SVODS and implementing welfare policies at channel level. Over a decade, I've overseen large scale shows like Big Brother, Love is Blind, The Circle and Married at First Sight, worked across multiple projects in-house at Studio Lambert, CPL Productions and Endemol (now Banijay) and managed teams in the US and internationally. But I also love single-handedly casting for development projects, cutting tapes, helping with casting consultancy or writing complex start-up welfare protocols at any stage of a project. I have a passion for story-telling, representing diversity in all it's forms and have extensive Mental First Aid Training in order to best support contributors and teams. Additionally I have senior producer, story and development experience and can confidentally work with talent and agents. My black book of cast contacts is extensive and I work with some of the best talent in the business; from producers to psychologists to PR gurus and have an extensive social media presence across my casting accounts.
