After 7 years of consulting on strategy and operations projects for the NHS, I now want to pursue a long held and more creative passion, producing content for high end television. I have always been obsessed with storytelling and equally excited by how a diverse set of people work together to overcome hurdles and make a creative concept a reality. I love the logistical challenge of taking creative ideas and delivering a polished end product. In my free time I have organised charity music festivals, produced music and wedding videos and managed my own band. I now want to take the next step and apply this love of a logistical challenge to a career in production. 


Despite being neurodiverse, I have thrived in my career as a consultant by building a tailored set of project management, people and problem solving skills. This has allowed me to build trusting relationships, respond with agility and thrive under pressure. Through networking, work experience and educational courses, I have built an understanding of the key foundations of successful TV production, and I am so excited to merge them with my project management background and creative drive to hopefully thrive in the world of production.
