I am a proactive, creative, organised and hardworking person, I thrive on new experiences and I enjoy being tasked new challenges. I handle high pressure, fast-paced environments well with thorough notes and meticulous thinking and I use creativity and initiative to overcome any kind of obstacle I, or my team, may face. I am not fixed by routine; I can adapt well to change and I have a knack for pre-empting potential issues or needs and acting accordingly. I am good at building rapport with people and have a genuine care and respect for others, be that a colleague, a client or a contributor.

In September 2022, I graduated with a First Class Hons Degree in Film and Television Production from the University of Hertfordshire, a course which triggered my passion for working in production. I have been working at BBC Studios since August 2022 which has taught me an immeasurable amount of first-hand experience in quality and standard for television, and I take pride in delivering work to the highest quality I can achieve. 

I have organised shoots on a student film level, including communicating with talent and organising locations. I was also usually entrusted with the role of editor by my crew, as someone confident editing and using Avid, and therefore have a good familiarity with edit suites, archiving and safely backing up memory cards; we used DaVinci Resolve for this at university. I am confident and thorough in writing risk assessments and firm with mitigating the risks presented when on set or in the office.

I have been across the production of hundreds of promos, from briefing to delivery, and I have started to produce promos myself. I have an excellent attention to detail, which has been in practice daily for my quality checks on promos and I am not someone that cuts corners; I work thoroughly on everything I do and make sure all eventualities are considered in every circumstance. At the same time, I am also efficient, and I think creatively on how I can more effectively or sustainably achieve a goal or result.

I am confident in my abilities in administration, communication, creating and tracking costs on budget sheets, writing up guides and information packs from scratch, booking couriers and organising an Outlook calendar. Read Less
