With 10 years’ experience in the charitable arts and youth sector, experiencing the joy of sharing film and theatre with young people, I have developed a broad range of transferable skills highly relevant to production roles. I am a people-focused, resilient professional bringing energy, organisation, and adaptability to busy schedules, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard, while remaining self-motivated and always keen and willing to learn. The experience of coordinating complex projects in pressurised environments translates directly to the demands of film and TV production.

Key skills include; complex scheduling, risk assessments, release form management, budget management and reforecasting, experience working with children and vulnerable young people, safeguarding best practice, and project evaluation.

I am now seeking to apply these skills as I transition my career to a Production Coordinator, Assistant, or Production Secretary in Film and TV.
