I have recently changed career after ten years in film & TV marketing and a break to care for my parents. I had always wanted to move into a more creative, ideas-based role, and I have always loved documentary filmmaking, so unscripted development felt like a natural next step.

In February this year I completed an Unscripted Development Researcher training course run by ScreenSkills which culminated in a four-week work placement at Wag Entertainment. I was asked to stay on after the placement ended, due to the insight and abilities I displayed and for the value that I brought to the company.

I am now looking for work as a Development Researcher to build on this experience and launch my career in unscripted development production. Read Less
