Working as a Wellbeing Facilitator in Film I bring a wealth of skills and experience to this new industry role, and as a qualified Registered Mental Health Nurse and Cognitive Behaviour Psychotherapist (CBT) I am able to draw upon more than 30 years of front line experience.
I offer a wide range of practical and specialist on-set Mental Health Wellbeing support to film crews and cast. When people feel supported, they are much more likely to be able to engage more fully in the creative process.
I am committed to help move forward the Mental Health improvement agenda in this industry.
Based in the North of England I welcome enquiries from across the industry - particularly more bespoke or challenging requests for help; welfare and mental health wellbeing support on-set for crew and cast.
Additionally I have specialist skills and experience to support vulnerable collaborators speaking on camera (often for the first time) about distressing content and lived experience.
If you think I maybe able to help with a project (particularly if it’s a project designed to make a difference) then please don’t hesitate get in touch.
