Specialising in cinematography from Edinburgh Napier University's BA Hons Film degree, I went onto work as a Camera Assistant through BBC's Project Songbird camera bursary scheme. Over this year I worked as a long-lenser, camera assistant and became the main drone pilot for BBC Spring Watch, Autumn Watch and Winter Watch. I filmed all through the UK and was mentored by various different teams and camera operators. I also worked on BBC's Andy's Global Adventure's as a studio camera assistant and DIT. Since leaving this bursary I have worked as a freelance Wildlife Camera Assistant/Operator on Number 9 Films feature film. I have also worked as a camera assistant/operator and drone pilot on BBC Countryfile on various wildlife centred episodes. I work well in various different teams, and can problem solve and adapt in difficult and time constrained situations.
