I am a highly dedicated and passionate freelance runner with abundant experience in live, single-camera and outside broadcasting television programmes. I have a confident understanding of the production process from beginning to end, and the importance of each crew member and their responsibilities.

With a keen interest in Production Management, factual programmes and all things admin, I have a comfortable background in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, Teams and more. I am well experienced with the setup and usage of industry-standard camera, sound and editing equipment such as Avid Media Composer, Black Magic cameras, Sennheisier audio equipment etc.

I thrive in both fast-paced and more relaxed working environments, but I also like to keep busy and help out the crew wherever possible. I am not afraid to try new things and I want to experience working in all aspects of the television industry.  I am currently based in Devon but have secure bases near Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol and South Wales.
