I have been very fortunate to combine my passion for the outdoors with filmmaking and photography over the years. Growing up in New Zealand, I have developed a strong appreciation and respect for nature. I was lucky to go on many outdoor adventures including white water kayaking, mountain biking, climbing, hiking, and skiing. Such experiences have made me the person I am today, fueling my drive to tell stores in nature that can make a difference in the future.  I specialize in taking my camera into the outdoors on adventures and documenting extreme sports. I also have experience shooting commercial work, especially in the Tourism sector, and hold a Bachelor of Creative Media Production. I have received a number of awards for my work in recent years including a NZ Cinematographers Society Gold Award in the student category, Best Cinematography at the NZ Mountain Film Festival and winner of the Aerial Categogy at the 2023 NZ Geographic Photographer Of The Year Awards.

Much of my work to date has been inspired by my connection to the people and landscapes of my hometown in Central Otago New Zealand, and I am passionate about using my camera as a means to tell unique stories.

With such experience behind me, I am very comfortable flying a drone in challenging environments, filming in a huge range of situations, and working with a range of different people and teams.
