I'm a Development Researcher at Twofour, with experience across unscripted television, global formats and production.

I began my career as one of six people selected for ITV’s development trainee scheme placed in 12 Yard Productions and quickly gaining valuable experience across every stage of the development process. After six months, I moved into ITV Studios’ Creative Network team as a Junior Researcher, where I developed a strong understanding of the global television market, built relationships with labels across the group and gained an overview of the international formats pipeline. I also pitched and developed ideas in response to brand partnership briefs and opportunities for digital-first content, writing compelling treatments, leading brainstorms and supporting the technical delivery of run-throughs for external and internal pitches. I also collaborated with international production companies on co-development projects, including Go! Fishing!, which was commissioned and produced in China. After a year and a half I joined Twofour’s development team, where I now help create and shape new unscripted ideas.

Alongside my development experience, I have on-location and studio experience, having worked as a runner on the reality series Nobody’s Fool and as a Casting Researcher on the Bullseye Christmas Special.

I combine a strong knowledge of television and the global formats landscape with confident technical and writing skills, producing polished, premium pitch decks and cutting engaging sizzles. I am also confident using emerging AI tools, with hands-on experience in image, video and audio generation. Read Less
