Passionate about crafting observational documentaries and character-driven narratives, I can be trusted to deliver a diverse and vibrant cast, leading with a positive attitude. I pride myself on forming strong relationships with contributors, with an eye for identifying compelling characters and captivating stories. Casting is my forte, having risen to Senior Casting Producer. I've also gained valuable experience in Story, Edit, Gallery, and Development Producer roles. I am eager to expand my skill set in any of these areas, and I'm happy to dive in and tackle any role, hands-on.

With 14 years in broadcast television working across various genres including fact/ent, docs and entertainment, I have contributed to both peak and daytime shows for major networks, development pilots casting for proof of concept and international channels including streaming platforms. As a seasoned caster, I have successfully worked independently, as part of a larger team and led casting teams of varying sizes, both in-house and remotely. In doing so, I have utilised  an array of casting software such as Short Audition, Oracle, Backstage and ETribez and I am proficient in CRMs such as Mandy.com and Trello.

My experience extends to Story Producing on location and studio environments. I bring a well-rounded perspective to any production.  I have completed numerous training courses in management, social media, unconscious bias, mental health and have a recent, up to date CRB check (valid until July 2024).
