Joe McEwan is an award-winning filmmaker from Southeast London who has worked on a variety of short films, music videos and television such as the award-winning Rear View (2020) winning best film at S.O.U.L. Fest.

He has recently graduated from London College of Communication where he studied an MA in Screenwriting and has gone on to write and produce short films at a grassroots level.

With a variety of experience in production roles his most recent credits areThe Dolls House (2023), production manager on the award winning NFTS Amazon funded short film Run Like We (2024), as well as an Assitant Production Co-ordinator on the new Play for Today Series on Channel 5 (2025).
