Hiran Balasuriya is a British-Sri Lankan Editor who has worked on award-winning shorts and features. Notable works include 'JUS SOLI', a short documentary that screened at Oberhausen, Slamdance and other festivals of note, and 'The Joyous Farmer' (also his directorial debut), which has screened across America, Europe and Asia. More recently, he produced and edited two feature documentaries: 'Republic of Amnesia', and the award-winning 'Book of Harth'. He has also worked with ABKCO Films on the restored releases of the films of Alejandro Jodorowsky, and the 50th anniversary restoration of Godard’s 'Sympathy for the Devil'.
