Working at the BBC means I am familiar with using BBC systems including Proteus and SAP, as well as BBC guidelines and policies. Specific to my role on The Archers, I work in Studio recording episode timings, format scripts and attend script meetings, regularly contact Agents and Cast, as well as daily administrative tasks.
Previosly, I was enrolled in the BBC Apprentice Hub- Media Production Coordinator Apprenticeship. During this time, I was placed with Full Fat TV where I gained a Junior Production Coordinator and a Production Secretary Credits for S5 and S6 of The Bad Skin Clinic. I have also assisted with Musical Masterpieces for Sky Arts and A&E Crash Scene Emergency for Channel 5.
As a PC, I have become familiar with all stages of the production wokflow, managed actors, contributors and talent, and demonstrated my ability to be organsied and efficient whilst working on a fast-paced programmes. In addition, I have ensured TV productions have earned Albert certfication, but I would like to work harder to ensure the industry itself becomes more evironmentally sustainable.
My previous industry experience includes work experience as a runner on BBC Doctors and as a Camera Assistant at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth games, Hockey. I have shown I can adapt to different working environments and enjoy collaborating with new people.
I enjoy drama - both TV shows and Films - and wish to gain further experience in this genre. I also love travelling around the world, experiencing different cultures and emmercing myself in nature.
