With over seven years of dedicated experience in journalism, my core competencies lie in online research, analysis, and translation.

I have written for platforms such as BuzzFeed News and Yahoo News UK, where I found emerging stories before other mainstream media outlets, which led to agenda-setting news. I have also been a photographer, and in 2014, a photo of mine from a protest where people staged a ‘die-in’ was used in a campaign.

At BuzzFeed, where I worked for six years, I highlighted societal issues and covered stories from communities that were otherwise ignored or portrayed negatively in mainstream media. I was part of the team that launched Seasoned, the Black British vertical at BuzzFeed UK. While there, I also worked on the coverage of Andrew Tate and, following my time there, I used that knowledge to consult for Sandpaper Films, who created the documentary ‘Doom Scroll: Andrew Tate and the Dark Side of the Internet’ which aired on Sky Documentaries. Afterwards, I worked for Yahoo News UK as a trending news reporter, where she continued to spot emerging news moments on social media.
