I am a technically minded Glasgow based AP/DV Director with a full driving licence and excellent references. I have spent the last few years working across many genres of TV, as well as doing my own solo videography and short film work to improve on both my knowledge of the industry and my practical ability. I am experienced in many genres of TV, however the bulk of my work has been in Factual Entertainment & Ob-Doc.

I am a very confident camera and drone operator with experience shooting with the Sony FX9, FS7 and FX6, Canon Cameras as well as my personal Sony A7Siii, and DJI Mini 4 Pro Drone.While my skills and experience do lend themselves more obviously to a shooting role, I do have plenty of experience at the non-shooting side of the industry and I am very efficient in setting up shoots, gaining access, plotting stories, prepping MIV’s and my ability to build and maintain relationships with contributors is excellent. I
have a keen eye for story and have proven to be a significant help to PD’s as both a second shooter and in making sure all editorial notes are covered while on location.

I am also well versed with Go Pro’s, radio and boom microphones, sliders and most other kit. I have a large amount of experience wrangling and backing up rushes using Shotput Pro
