My passion to work in the radio and music industry has enabled me to confidently start developing a network. My background includes being a radio presenter at Takeover Radio where I have hosted the lunch radio show from 11- 2pm for the past 2 years. From interviewing guests and playing music to taking listener calls and being in charge of uploading music and creating playlists. I excel at performing all facets of station responsibilities from the technical side while guaranteeing an outstanding audience experience which is a priority for me. With this experience combined with my exciting positive personality, my clear speaking voice, and my ability to flourish under pressure, I am prepared to put my expertise and background to work for you. Whilst being a university student and being part of the student radio team, which was Demon FM in Leicester, one of the things I did outside of university as a hobby at first which became a joy to do was co-managing an upcoming Leicester local artist. My passion for music makes me a great candidate as I’ve been able to utilise radio skills to promote artists and get them out there more. From finding locations for music videos, to interviewing them on my lunch radio shows. As well as gaining a skill in social media management. I find nothing more satisfying than helping a musician reach the heights of their success I’ve been able to combine a love of mine with my dream career.
