I hold myself, and my team, to a high standard. Constantly learning, constantly pushing myself to deliver higher quality, more efficiently, in less time—I’ve come to realize that High Performance is a habit and a lifestyle, not just a one-time thing. Though I’m naturally assertive, responsive to new challenges, direct, and results-oriented, my experience has also taught me to listen more; that no man is an island, and that accomplishments worth bragging about come by way of not one, but many voices.
