I'm incredibly fortunate to have earned a place on the highly competitive Channel 4 Production Training Scheme in 2022 as a Researcher, since then I've worked across Reality, Fact Ent, Quizzing, Business, and Development. My goal for 2025 is to make the step up to Assistant Producer. 

I have experience in developing and writing treatments, creating decks, and editing taster tapes. As well as contributing to brainstorming sessions, and talent and location scouting, as well as putting together meticulously researched and fact checked documents.

With experience across location and studio, I’ve been charged with targeting and casting, interviewing potential contributors and editing casting tapes. I've handled sensitive background checks, managing contributors who require different needs and assistance, and logging welfare conversations.

During shoots, I've helped ensure we captured all the necessary shots and key action points, while also conducting interviews with contributors. Along the way, I have developed relationships with many different organisations and businesses, sourcing sensitive materials for programmes, or pitching them hand crafted pieces created by contributors.
