Harriet has just finished working with me on University Challenge, and she's been brilliant. She's really quick to learn, always enthusiastic, and puts so much effort and thought into her work. Her role on UC had two parts: question writing, and looking after contributors in the run-up to, during, and after filming. Her questions were consistently creative and well-researched, and demonstrated a strong understanding of the programme's editorial style. With contributors, she was always friendly, approachable, and communicative; she also clearly placed a high priority on contributors' well-being, and did a fantastic job dealing with some of the complex welfare issues that do arise on UC. She has a great attitude, manages her time and work well, and I found I could always rely on her - I'd very happily recommend her to any production.
