- Acting as the main liaison with city boroughs, local councils, and government branches for production needs.
- Handling equipment Carnets, contributor and location release forms, and rush delivery.
- Providing on-the-ground communication between production teams and crews.
- Booking travel and accommodations for both crews and A-list talent.
- Managing talent needs, including high-profile individuals, presenters, and athletes.
- Driving, loading, and unloading production vans — I understand how crucial and tricky this can be
