I've spent my career embodying a relentless sense of self-motivation that fuels not only my own drive but also inspires those around me. Whether as a screenwriter toiling in front of a computer, a student mentor working in Glasgow secondary schools, or even as an online picker of food during lockdown, I take the lead and ignite a spark within my team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment. By setting a positive example and offering unwavering support, I create a space where everyone can thrive and deliver their best.

Communication lies at the core of my work philosophy, and I excel at articulating ideas with clarity and precision. Whether I am coordinating with colleagues across departments,  mentoring students, or assisting online shoppers, I strive to convey information in a concise manner. This knack for effective communication ensures seamless workflow, minimises confusion and maximises productivity.

While I thrive in team environments, I'm equally adept at driving my own success. By 20 I was a retail supervisor. By 21 an assistant manager. By 24 I was a senior store manager managing upwards of 50 people over 3 locations. I returned to university as a mature student. I became the first in my family to do this. I achieved a BA (Hons) First Class in Media and Communications and was the oldest in my class to do so. I did this whilst juggling 4 jobs. A self-directed professional, I take full ownership of my responsibilities and consistently deliver exceptional results, even when working autonomously. This blend of teamwork and independent drive empowers me to make meaningful contributions to projects and achieve outstanding outcomes.

My work style is that of someone who likes being active and engaged. Whether I am doing physical tasks as an online shopper or organising tours for students, I LOVE dynamic on-the-go environments. This constant movement keeps me energised, focused and fully prepared to tackle any challenge that comes my way.
