For the past 3 years, I have worked as a full-time freelancer with SpiralOut Pictures in varying roles, from runner to sound and boom operator to second camera and assisting.

I have also worked with many different production companies that have been on location in Scotland, specifically in the Highlands. The main role I have taken is as a production assistant; however, living in the Highlands, I have often moved into a fixer role, helping the team with any local knowledge, finding crew and resources.

I am always on the lookout for any opportunities in the TV and media industry that can help me further my career and make me a more rounded Production Assistant , with the goal of helping our production company SpiralOut Pictures grow. 

In 2023, I was second camera, production assistant on location and editor on our self-funded film "WildTracks", where we see Paralympian Karen Darke embark on an incredible journey to the Roof of Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro. This film had a Speakers from The Edge Tour and will be re-edited for festivals this coming year. 

I have also worked with Dwayne Fields and Phoebe Smith on their charity organisation 'The WeTwo Foundation', where they fundraise to be able to take 10 underprivileged youths from all over the UK on a life-changing expedition, the first trip was to Antarctica, where I edited the 70 plus hours of footage and turned this into a film that went to The Kendal Mountain Film festival, and the second trip to the Galapagos Islands where I joined them on the expedition and helped with a second camera, all sound recording and data wrangling of all the footage whilst on location. I am currently in the process of editing the film for this project.

As well as the above project, I am working on The Traitors on location as a Production runner to gain even more experience on some of the largest productions out there.
