I am a graduate of King’s College London, achieving a first class degree in Media and film studies, and I have recently completed postgraduate studies in Filmmaking at UCL. I’m now seeking to further my experience in film, TV and broadcasting, focusing on Assistant Director departments, and script development departments. In addition to my formal studies, I have played an active role in the KCL and UCL Film Societies, working as production designer, first assistant-director and director for six student-led short films, organising filming schedules, as well as developing scripts. I have also worked over a period of seven months as a production trainee for a Liverpool based production company, and worked for six weeks on a BBC Television production. It was through this that I began to understand the logistics of filmmaking and media production, and the organisational and time-management skills needed.
