Experienced Latinx executive most recently overseeing creative strategy and direction across the UK and USA for Studio Ramsay Global as Creative Director. With a background in leading international teams in concept development and idea generation through to first series execution and delivery, I have secured commissions for over 150+ hours of television across the UK and US and worked on some of the highest rated unscripted programmes on British television.

With a focus on creating compelling unscripted and scripted content with heart, humour and style, I had previously run my own independent label as well as worked for ITV studios, as a producer and director overseeing the development of in-house IP & formats for the international market. I have extensive experience working with A-list talent, developing new business and creative strategies, budget management, working with cross functional partners, marketing, promo and deck creation, script and story development, artistic direction, working with technology and interactivity, branded content, marketing, international sales, talent identification and incubation, and building access partnerships.
