I am a highly experienced editor with over 20 years experience working across a wide range of programming, from documentaries and features to factual entertainment and sports. I am very pro-active and am used to working closely with producer/directors to create high quality shows no matter what the budget or time frame. I can work quickly and efficiently under pressure whilst remaining calm and am used to coming up with smart, thoughtful solutions to difficult editorial problems. I have a very strong sense of narrative and often think laterally to consistently produce strong, compelling, intelligent television. I am anything but a 'button pusher'! I have a solid learning background, having come up through the editing ranks at YTV over a number of years and have worked for many of the northern independent production companies, including True North, Mandrill Television, and Daisybeck Studios.
