I’m an Anglo-Italian aspiring video editor, currently based in Manchester, UK. I graduated from university with a First Class Honours degree in 2021.
I was born and raised in Italy, and came to live in the UK after graduating high school in 2016. My first port of call was Aberdeen, where I attended a part-time film course and was introduced to (and fell in love with) video-editing. Following this, I took a full-time course in Media Production (Film Theory, Video & Radio Production, Photography) at North-East Scotland College.
I then moved to Manchester in 2018, to embark on a 3-year course in Post-Production for Film & TV at Futureworks, conveniently located close to MediaCityUK and of fundamental importance to my chosen career as professional video editor.
For the past 2 years I've been working at the exam board AQA as administrator in various departments, but now I'm ready to start my career in the Film & Tv industry as an edit assistant, technical operator, or office runner, and work my way up the ladder. Read Less
